Who we are
GEORGE FRANCESCONI
Passionate about cooking and baking since childhood.
He studied at the hotel school in Cingoli, Macerata, and over time he has always pursued this passion with consistency and care.
The turning point came in 2020, the year in which he decided to definitively throw himself into the world of pizza by taking his first course at the National Institute of Pizza Makers (INP) in Rome.
From here he had numerous work experiences that led him, in 2022, to open the “Pizzeria Giorgione” in Tolentino where he strictly makes take-away Pizza in Pala.

He's always sought to discover and try products that offer something different from what we usually eat. This great passion has led him to discover countless local specialties, unique products rooted in the values of the land, the fields, nature, and authenticity. He's brought all of this to his pizzeria, guaranteeing customers a product distinguished by its raw materials and production techniques.
